PiGenTek Pet AI is currently offered as an invitation-only private beta. Features, availability, functionality, and access may change as the product develops. The private beta may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.
The private beta is currently provided free of charge. Free access is not guaranteed to continue after the beta period, and PiGenTek Pet AI may introduce paid plans or other access requirements in the future.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PiGenTek Pet AI unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and expressly authorized by us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of information you provide about your pet.
PiGenTek Pet AI is designed to help pet parents better understand and interact with their pets, including exploring pet behavior, observations, memories, and information provided by the pet parent.
PiGenTek Pet AI provides general informational and educational tools relating to pets, including behavior, wellness, and organization of pet health information. It is not a veterinary service, does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace a licensed veterinarian or other qualified professional.
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your particular pet. For medical concerns, emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or medication decisions, consult a licensed veterinarian.
You may upload photos, videos, audio, conversations, observations, and other content relating to your pet. You should only upload content that you have the right to provide and use.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to PiGenTek Pet AI. You grant PiGenTek Pet AI a limited, non-exclusive permission to process your uploaded content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services you use, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Saved pet records, including Medical Library records, are stored in your own Google Drive rather than as the permanent source of those records on PiGenTek's servers. PiGenTek may retain limited metadata needed to operate the service, such as record identifiers, pet identifiers, file references, titles, and timestamps. PiGenTek may also temporarily process uploaded content when necessary to provide a feature, but does not intend to use your saved Medical Library records for advertising or unrelated purposes.
You are responsible for securing access to your own Google account and Drive, including your password, account security settings, and any sharing permissions or third-party app access you grant. Because saved Medical Library records are stored in your Google Drive, you remain responsible for retaining or deleting those records in your Google Drive.
PiGenTek Pet AI relies on third-party services and infrastructure to provide certain features, including authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and Google Drive integration. Availability of those features may depend on those third-party services.
Don't use PiGenTek Pet AI to upload content that isn't yours to share, to attempt to misuse or overload the AI systems, or for any purpose other than understanding your own pet's behavior.
Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice as the product develops during the private beta period.
We may suspend or terminate access to the private beta if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue the beta. You may stop using the service at any time.
The private beta is provided "as is." AI-generated observations may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should always be treated as educational information rather than professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PiGenTek Pet AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the private beta.
You agree to indemnify and hold PiGenTek Pet AI and its operators harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These terms will be reviewed and updated as the product moves beyond private beta, including a full legal review before any public, non-invitation launch.
