We use your information to operate the product — running AI analysis on the media and questions you submit, maintaining your pet's profile and Pet Memory, and improving the product based on real usage during the private beta. We do not sell your data or your pet's data to third parties.
Photos, videos, audio, and questions you submit are processed by AI models (via Google Cloud's Vertex AI) to generate the educational observations and responses you see in the product. This processing happens through secure backend infrastructure — your data is not sent directly from your browser to a third-party AI provider without passing through our systems first.
You can delete any pet's profile, media, or Pet Memory entries at any time from within the product. Deleted data is removed from active systems; backup retention periods will be documented here once finalized.
Because the private beta is a limited, invitation-only phase, we may reach out to beta participants directly for feedback about their experience. Participation in feedback is optional.
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask questions about how your information is used at any time by contacting us through pigentek.com.
As the product moves from private beta toward a wider release, this policy will be reviewed and updated, including a full legal review before any public, non-invitation launch.
