How PiGenTek Pet AI works

By PiGenTek Pet AI Editorial Team · Published August 2026
Quick answer

You create a profile for your pet, then share photos, videos, sounds, or questions. PiGenTek Pet AI looks at what you share alongside your pet's history, and returns educational observations — never a diagnosis — plus relevant knowledge and a clear note on when to talk to a vet.

1. Create a pet profile

Add your pet's name, breed, age, and anything else relevant — allergies, medications, general notes. This becomes the baseline the AI references going forward.

2. Share what you're seeing

Upload a photo, video, or audio clip, or just describe what your pet is doing in plain language.

3. Get a structured, educational response

Rather than a single verdict, you get: what was observed, possible patterns (framed as possibilities, not conclusions), relevant knowledge to explore, and clear guidance on when it's worth talking to a veterinarian.

4. It becomes part of Pet Memory

Every interaction is saved to your pet's timeline, so future questions and observations build on what's already known instead of starting over. Read more about Pet Memory.

What it deliberately doesn't do

PiGenTek Pet AI doesn't diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment. It's an educational companion, not a veterinary service — every response is designed to make that distinction clear.
