PiGenTek Pet AI is a product from PiGenTek, a Waterloo, Ontario-based AI company. It shares design language and product philosophy with PiGenTek's other AI products, adapted specifically for pet parents.
PiGenTek Pet AI is in an invitation-only private beta. We're intentionally starting small — around 20 to 50 pet parents — to learn what's genuinely useful before opening the product more broadly. It's free to use during this phase, with no pricing or billing.
PiGenTek Pet AI is an educational tool, not a veterinary service. It doesn't diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Every AI response is designed to separate observation from possibility, and to point you toward a licensed veterinarian when something is worth a professional's attention.
